Saturday Sales Segment: Volume 1

A little weekend sales roundup from Anthro, Amazon + more

I WILL send out a Sunday Dinner tomorrow, so I am not going to say much here, but just list out some really good deals in case you missed my stories or are not in the Broadcast Channel “homecoming.”

1. Anthropologie Dress - THIS IS SUCH A BIG DISCOUNT. A follower DM’ed me this morning letting me know that the dress I love is $99 instead of $178. Like what?! And there is still a full size run of the blue color and there is another tan and white color. It is a fantastic dress, I do not understand why it is not selling well. My theory is because the model just does not look as good as I do in this dress. If she had, they would not have to discount so much. Win for you though! This is so soft and forgiving. I think you could easily size down in it.

2. My favorite body moisturizers - Naturium is one of my favorite skincare brands - it is effective and at a great price point. This weekend all moisturizers are 20% off w/code “MOISTUREMADNESS.”

   1. Replenishing Body Lotion - I tried the Naturium body lotion last year and have now been through 8 bottles. It moisturizes without feeling greasy and sinks in beautifully. I usually use this in the morning and then use the Retinol version at night. I hate the pump, so I use these things where you can set the bottle upside down and squeeze it out. It is just too thick of a formula to work well with a pump, in my opinion.

   2. Retinol Body Lotion is SO good. Moisturizing but not too heavy on retinol so it did not cause body sensitivity for me. It has helped so much with the crepiness of my skin around me knees, underarms and has even helped with my keratosis pilaris.

   3. Dew Glow SPF Moisturizer - I also love this face sunscreen because you do not need to use any other moisturizer - moisturizes and provides sun protection. It even has an indentation in the lid to measure out the appropriate amount of sunscreen. Do not use if you have oily skin, though.

3. Nike - extra 20% off sale items and some full-priced items. Check out our favorites here. Everyone loved these leggings when I posted and they are sale + an additional 20% off. This color is only available in plus sizes though. However, there are so many colorways available in sizes XS through 3X. They are some of my favorite leggings - soft, a little compressive and do not roll down when working out.

4. Saturday only - Half off my favorite eyebrow volumizing gel at Sephora or Ulta. I use light brown neutral. This is great for brushing your eyebrows, getting them under control and has little fibers that help make them look more volumized. I will use this by itself when I want a natural bare look, but still want my brows to look good. Then I will use this in addition to a pen to help shape and fill in. Sunday Riley CEO Glow (Ulta) is a Vitamin C moisturizer that Missy likes and is half off. Brightens and moisturizes.

5. Amazon Sale - Amazon has a Spring Sale right now that goes until Monday. It is not that juicy of a sale (Prime Day is a lot better) and a lot of the things say they are on sale, but they are always that price. Here are my recommendations that are included in the sale:

   1. Fashion:

      1. These Amazon Drop wrap sandals. I have the silver and always receive so many compliments on them. I tie in the back and have no issues with them coming untied. They come in different colorways and usually sell out by the summer-time.

   2. Beauty:

      1. Bioderma Sensibio Miccelar water - I LOVE this miccelar water and it is the only brand I use. Why use it? It helps remove makeup and sunscreen for your first cleanse (I still follow with oil cleanser and gel cleanser) and I also use it in the morning instead of washing my face. The best deal is this twin-pack (2 for $22), but I love this version - one where you can push down on the lid without having to squirt it out.

      2. Bioderma Shower Oil - This is a great shower oil and one of Rebecca’s eczema staples. It is moisturizing but does not make your shower slippery - it even lathers like a body wash.

   3. Home

      1. Portable Vacuum - I bought this vacuum because my friend Stacy (mom of 2 under 2) said she kept in her car to use for clean ups. She brought to a White Elephant and it was well-loved! So I bought it. And I was so surprised at how small and powerful it is! It comes with a cap so it could sit in your cupholder, but it is not much taller than a Stanley and very lightweight. It even comes with attachments so you can get in the nooks and crannies. Eufy is an Anker brand, and I have had great luck with all Anker products.

      2. Bissel Vacuum - This is really only like $9 cheaper than it usually is. I bought this after our plug-in Dyson died (after 9 years!) and Ashley Spivey was doing the vacuum challenge on her stories. OH MY GOSH. The first time we used it the cleaners had just come over (and used a Miele!!!) and we still got half a canister full of dust and pet hair. This one comes with a lot of different pet attachments and we are in love.

      3. Meater Thermometer- This is 20% off, which is usually the price when it is on sale. James bought this in 2022 and it is one of our favorite purchases. Originally we bought it for our Traeger, which it works great for, but we use it all the time now. We never have dry chicken anymore because you just stick it in the chicken, use the app and say its chicken and then put it in the oven. Even if you do not know the temperature to put the oven on, it will still tell you when it will be done. It is so handy!

   4. Health/Wellness:

      1. Cheers Supplement - Just take three before bed after a night of drinking and it helps reduce the impact of drinking. I notice a difference, but do not drink that much. This sales digest ended up taking up my entire Saturday afternoon/evening, but I am trying so hard to get into a routine so that I can start planning out my weekdays better and eventually not work as much on the weekend. It is so challenging to change a schedule I have pretty much kept up for the last four years.
